Enjoy views of the Naples Bay and the Gordon River, watch the yachts come and go, stroll around the area and enjoy a delicious meal in one of the waterfront restaurants near by. Cool down at the large pool or take a short drive down 5^th Avenue to find yourself at Naples´ gorgeous white sand beaches. The condo has 1 large bedroom with a King bed, a large living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a large walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub / shower and two sinks. Make your own breakfast or cook a meal and enjoy it at the glass top dining table with comfortable chairs, relax on the soft sofa in the living room, or sit out on the lanai and let your eyes gaze over the Gordon River and observe the yachts at the River Pointe Marina just below your condo.

Security deposit: $400 (refundable)

General Terms and Conditions

• This is a NON-SMOKING unit!
• Minimum rental is 1 week (weeks begin and end on Saturday)
• Check-in time 3pm, check-out time 10am (NO early check-in or late check-out)
• Pets, motorcycles, trucks, pickup trucks, commercial vehicles and boats are not allowed (per condo association rules)

Payment Terms

• Deposit of $400 required at time of reservation
• Payment of total rental bill is due 90 days before arrival or by October ^1st for rentals January thru April
• Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after departure
• Payment options: Credit Card, PayPal, Personal Check
• There is a 2.9% transaction fee for credit card payments within the US and a 3.9% transaction fee for international transactions via PayPal or credit card

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 90 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 90 days prior to arrival are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations for rentals between January 1^st and April 30^th must be made before October 1^st.
