Rental Rates & Terms

Additional Charges

Tax: 10% (6% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Tourist Tax)
Cleaning Fee: $90
Security Deposit: $250 (refundable)

General Terms and Conditions

  • This is a NON-SMOKING unit!
  • Minimum rental is 1 week (preferably weeks begin and end on a Saturday during high season)
  • Check-in time 4pm, check-out time 10am (NO early check-in or late check-out unless confirmed ahead of time)
  • Pets, motorcycles, trucks, pickup trucks, commercial vehicles and boats are not allowed (per condo association rules)

Payment Terms

  • Reservation deposit of $250 is required at time of reservation and will convert to security deposit upon arrival
  • Rental payment is due 90 days prior to arrival
  • Payment options: Credit Card, PayPal, Personal Check

Cancellation & Refund Policy

A 90 day notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater.
